About Twin River Berries
Twin River Berries is a vertically integrated grower, packer, and marketer of premium berries. We are strategically aligned with key retailers throughout the US (and internationally) and are seeking to expand our market share by acquiring new accounts while maintaining and growing our current business. We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven domestic sales representative to lead growth initiatives and strengthen our market presence throughout North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow sales with key accounts throughout North America
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with brokers, wholesalers, foodservice distributors, and retailers
- Coordinate with logistics and quality assurance teams to ensure on-time, in-full, and in-spec order fulfillment
- Conduct market research, monitor competitor activity, and provide insights on pricing and demand trends
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and B2B meetings across North America
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or comparable professional experience
- Proven track record of establishing and maintaining accounts, including direct retail
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- Position may be remote; willingness and ability to work effectively both in an independent remote setting as well as within a more traditional office setting
- Willingness and ability to travel
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience in fresh berry sales
- English/Spanish bilingual
