Job Description:
We are looking for positive thinkers and experienced team players who want to progress in their careers. This individual will directly support the company president in expanding our national customer base to include retail customers, foodservice distributors and wholesalers.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience in the fresh produce industry.
- Have a current client base and the ability to solicit and develop new and long-lasting relationships.
- Have Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to negotiate and close sales.
- Possess a strong work ethic and be highly motivated, use sound judgment, diplomacy and discretion.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Acquire new customers
- Maintain consistent communication with customers to keep them informed of product availability, quality and price.
- Input, track and review sales orders and inventory levels, cooperate with our docs and admin persons
- Troubleshoot any problems that occur during the order process
- Achieve sales growth and meet/exceed sales targets through successful business development, strong relationships with new and existing customers while assisting other sales representatives when needed
- Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts, warehouse, etc.
- Communicate and collect accounts receivable as necessary, working with the credit department and client; collect all balances due based on approved credit terms
- Review and analyze reports such as sales reports, collection reports, etc.
- Perform administrative duties
Ideal Candidate:
- The ideal candidate will be from El Paso,TX and/or the McAllen, TX areas (Hidalgo and Pharr preferred)
Qualifications:
- Computer proficiency in appropriate business-related software.
- BA degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
