Shasta Produce is a Northern California Produce Distributor that specializes in high quality fresh produce fulfillment. We are looking for highly motivated Sales Professionals to help with developing new territories and building out existing delivery routes. If you have a love and passion for the produce business and enjoy working with people who share the same values, we would love to talk with about coming aboard.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Excellent customer relations - Excellent customer relations is of the utmost importance to us at Shasta Produce. You must be strong in this area. You must be available to customers on a consistent basis and have the ability to problem solve.
- Knowledge of Customers - You must have the ability to understand your customers’ needs and provide them with adequate support. Annual customer service reviews should confirm this.
- Knowledge of Product - You will need to stay up to date with available product, new products and upcoming products. This will require at least two onsite buyer and product reviews weekly.
- Feedback From The Field - It is important that you have the ability to share ideas and feedback from the field in relation to product and services. This helps us provide a better service to customers.
- New Customer Development - You must have the ability to develop new customer leads on a consistent basis. New customers should always be in the pipeline and a desire to grow your customer base should be a part of your goals.
- Order Entry - You must have basic knowledge of Windows PC’s and the ability to learn new software skills. Our systems are user friendly and will require your data input on a daily basis.
- Good Staff Communication - The ability to communicate and work well with staff is vital. You must be proficient in this area.
- Ability To Solve Problems - We are interested in people who are independent; who can problem solve on their own. Although we have many resources that will be available to you we are not a company that does a lot of hand holding.
