Job Description:
Santis Produce is a grower from Mexico based out of McAllen,TX specialized in persian limes and mangoes from Mexico, Central and South America. We are looking for a highly motivated sales person to join our team in McAllen, TX to contribute with our growing business. It is important to us to establish a long term relation with our customers offering ethical business and delivery of our products with the best quality and service. The satisfaction of our customers is our main priority.

Requirements:
- 3 year experience in produce sales
- High motivated and responsible
- Have a current client base
- Have ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
- Knowledge in citrus
- Able to use software systems and computer literate
- Strong customer service
- Must have interpersonal skills
Responsibilities & Duties:
- New account development
- Contract sales/ FOB sales/ program selling
- Troubleshoot any problems that occur during the order process
- Achieve sales growth and exceed sales target
- Input and track sales orders
- Maintain constant communication with industry contacts to understand market pricing
