Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team in Oxnard, California. This individual will be responsible for assisting in the sales efforts of organic produce working in a team environment to process and enter sales orders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or related field.
- Agricultural experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Clean DMVR
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assist with managing existing customer accounts
- Provide professional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Provide support responding to customer inquiries
- Accurate and timely sales adjustment processing
- Direct calls
- Verify shipments or deliveries
- Assist sales staff with Accounting to facilitate Accounts Receivable process
- Perform order entry procedures
- Assist with sales promotions
- Attend customer regional and national food shows
- Maintain positive attitude
- Be accountable and punctual
- Maintain clean and efficient paperwork
- Participate in Quality Control
- Perform other duties as instructed by supervisor
