You’ll be the vital link between growers and buyers—managing the full sales cycle, building relationships, and ensuring every box of produce meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development: Prospect and secure new business, leveraging your existing network of growers and buyers.
  • Portfolio Expansion: Sell from your own procurement channels and Crop’t Fresh’s farm network.
  • Relationship Management: Build lasting partnerships with customers and growers.
  • Market Insight: Stay ahead of seasonal trends, pricing, and availability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving: Address client needs and resolve issues with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of produce sales and brokerage experience.
  • Strong network of growers, shippers, and buyers.
  • Proven track record of revenue generation and account management.
  • Deep understanding of produce logistics, seasonality, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, team player.
