We’re expanding our footprint from Mexico, Peru, and Colombia, and we’re looking for a U.S. Sales Lead to drive DiMuto’s produce sales operations in the United States. We’re looking for someone in McAllen, Texas who knows the U.S. market and can help us move high-quality, traceable produce across multiple categories.
You’ll be our key connection with distributors, importers, and foodservice buyers, helping us grow the DiMuto marketplace and expand the reach of our brands across the U.S.

Your mission:
- Build and manage relationships with buyers who value transparency, reliability, and product integrity.
- Represent a portfolio of traceable produce brands — Sazzy Fresh, Dilumi Fresh, and Solumi Fresh — sourced from trusted growers in Latin America.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery programs aligned with our marketplace strategy.
- Share market intelligence on pricing, demand, and buyer trends to guide commercial decisions.
- Collaborate with operations and tech teams to design efficient, data-driven programs and logistics.
Who You Are
- 2–3 years of experience in fresh produce sales or a related category (avocados, mangoes, or other fresh commodities).
- Already connected with buyers, distributors, and importers in the U.S. (Texas, Midwest, or East Coast).
- Hands-on, practical, and independent — someone who knows how to move fruit, not just talk about it.
- Comfortable working with growers and packers across Latin America.
- Excited to join a company that blends agriculture, technology, and brand storytelling to reshape global produce trade.
