Year round row crop Grower Shipper Seeks Director of Sales. We have a 40 year history of proven successful results and seek a Team Leader to guide our sales operation into the next generation.

Job Overview

We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales division. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our sales team, crafting strategic business plans, and supervising the sales manager and team to ensure goals are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to support
  • current customers, expand our customer base, capture market share.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team. Set
  • quotas, evaluate performance, and hold the team accountable.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze sales data, track economic trends, and monitor competitor
  • activities to proactively adjust sales strategies.
  • Key Account Management: Establish, maintain, and expand relationships with
  • high-value clients and strategic partners.
  • Work closely with growers and stakeholders to ensure sales initiatives align with broader
  • business objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of successful sales in a senior supervisory or management role.
  • Leadership Skills: Expert ability to inspire, mentor, and lead diverse sales teams.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong, established Retail relationships.
