We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team at our San Diego, CA location to assist with sales and operations.
Job Description:
- General sales team support.
- Answer phone calls in a professional courteous manner and assist customers whenever appropriate.
- Create daily reports as needed.
- Manage key steps in the ordering process for the sales team.
- Communicate with production teams in Mexico on special orders.
- Organize shipments and schedule bookings and pickups.
- Assist with operations and warehouse.
- Input, track, and review sales orders and monitor inventory levels.
Requirements:
- Fresh produce (sales and/or production) experience a plus.
- Ability to start work early in the morning.
- Great at working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Detail oriented, organized, and can multi-task.
- Willingness to learn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, bilingual (Spanish) a plus
Compensation:
