Job Description

Responsibilities
- Apply your existing industry network to identify opportunities, open new accounts and gain consistent sales from current accounts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service through responsive and clear communication.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal teams.
- Stay informed on market trends, product availability, and customer needs.
- Represent the company with professionalism, energy, and industry knowledge.
Qualifications
- 3 Years of experience in produce sales and/or buying.
- Sales record with consistent growth and strong margins
- Strong knowledge of produce markets, commodities, and seasonal trends
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and highly organized
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literate: Produce Pro experience is a plus.
