Shaffer's Produce is a 4th generation family owned and operated produce supplier. We supply Ohio and all surrounding states.
We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team in the Western / Central PA area.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Experience:
- Must have prior experience in the produce industry
- Sales experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Proven track record of business development and lead generation
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
