We are seeking a full-time, dedicated Category Sales Associate to support our growing company.
The role of the Category Sales Associate is to analyze customer, market and consumer data in order to make business building recommendations. The Category Sales Associate works closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and the sales team in developing and maintaining strong business relationships with existing and new customers. The Category Sales Associate will partner with Business Development Managers to help resolve customer questions and complaints. This position will have a dual role of selling commodities alongside the existing sales team and supporting growth with timely analysis.

This is a full-time salaried position. Employee must work on-site during regular business hours unless traveling for business. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. This position may require 30% or more travel. Most travel will be outside the local area, and overnight stays will be required.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field required.
Master’s degree preferred. -
3+ years of experience in an analyst role within the Fresh Produce Industry
At least 4 years of outside sales experience in the produce industry with proven sales record. - Previous experience in retail produce sales, produce procurement, or produce merchandising in a retail sector preferred.
