Sales Coordinator

Job Description: 

We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team in Oxnard, California. This individual will be responsible for assisting in the sales efforts of organic produce working in a team environment to process and enter sales orders.

Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or related field.
  • Agricultural experience a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Attention to detail
  • Clean DMVR
Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Assist with managing existing customer accounts
  • Provide professional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide support responding to customer inquiries
  • Accurate and timely sales adjustment processing
  • Direct calls
  • Verify shipments or deliveries
  • Assist sales staff with Accounting to facilitate Accounts Receivable process
  • Perform order entry procedures
  • Assist with sales promotions
  • Attend customer regional and national food shows
  • Maintain positive attitude
  • Be accountable and punctual
  • Maintain clean and efficient paperwork
  • Participate in Quality Control
  • Perform other duties as instructed by supervisor
