What You'll Do:
- Provide top-notch customer service: Answer calls professionally, answer questions, and offer support.
- Streamline the sales process: Manage key ordering steps, assist with EDI management, and track orders.
- Coordinate logistics: Organize container shipments, schedule bookings and pickups, and maintain inventory awareness.
- Boost team performance: Support sales staff with daily reports, order entry, billing, and more.
- Contribute to a collaborative environment: Work seamlessly across departments with excellent communication skills.
