Role Description:

The Sales Manager is a full-time role based in Winter Haven, FL, remote/hybrid work is negotiable. This role is responsible for driving sales growth for Noble Citrus products through managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing sales forecasts, preparing proposals, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with operations and marketing teams to align production and promotions with customer demand. The Sales Manager will lead sales initiatives, track performance metrics, conduct regular business reviews with customers, and represent Noble Citrus at industry events and trade shows. This role also includes coaching sales team members, refining sales processes, and ensuring exceptional service and responsiveness to all customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Strong sales, account management, and business development skills, with experience in meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Knowledge of the food, agriculture, or fresh produce industry; experience in citrus or perishables is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting, and data analysis to manage pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
  • Solid organizational and planning abilities, including territory management and coordination of cross-functional initiatives.
  • Leadership capabilities to guide and mentor sales staff, promote collaboration, and support a high-performance team culture.
  • Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and commitment to quality, aligned with Noble Citrus’s long-standing family values.
