At Pristine Growers & Distributors, we believe great relationships drive great business. We're looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and strengthen existing partnerships within the wholesale fresh produce industry.

This is more than a sales role, it's an opportunity to become a key contributor to a growing company where your work directly impacts our customers, growers, and long-term success. We're looking for someone who is ready to lead by example, take initiative, and help drive our continued growth.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers, retailers, foodservice distributors, and produce buyers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively expand the customer base geographically
  • Monitor market conditions, pricing trends, customer demand, and product availability to identify sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate pricing, prepare quotes, and close sales while maintaining healthy company margins.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after every sale.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals while contributing to the overall growth of the company.

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to make sound decisions in a dynamic, fast-moving market.
  • Experience in wholesale sales, fresh produce, agriculture, food distribution, or a related industry is preferred but not required.
