We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy Food Service Sales Manager to take the reins of our breaded and frozen food categories. You won't just be managing accounts; you’ll be the face of PPI, driving strategy and building lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Growth: Develop and execute a winning sales strategy to expand our breaded/frozen foods customer base.
  • Relationship Management: Regularly visit existing customers to assess their needs and ensure we are exceeding their expectations.
  • New Business Development: Aggressively call on prospective customers to hunt for new opportunities.
  • Cross-Selling: Take charge of existing breaded/frozen sales while identifying opportunities to introduce customers to our full suite of fresh produce and repacking services.
  • Industry Presence: Represent PPI at trade shows and exclusive customer events.
  • Gradually take over the maintenance/customer support for a few accounts.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience specifically within food service accounts.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (but we value proven track records).
  • Skillset: You are a "closer" with expert-level communication, cold-calling, and negotiation skills.
  • Mindset: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a "whatever it takes" attitude.
