Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Identify and engage potential clients within the agriculture sector, understanding their packaging needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their requirements.
- Present, promote, and sell our packaging & safety products to existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Attend industry trade shows and events to network and promote our products.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the agriculture or packaging industry.
- Strong knowledge of agriculture packaging products and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Agriculture sales, or a related sales field is preferred.
- Bi-Lingual a Plus!
