Our San Leandro branch is expanding, and we are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Identify and engage potential clients within the agriculture sector, understanding their packaging needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their requirements.
  • Present, promote, and sell our packaging & safety products to existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Attend industry trade shows and events to network and promote our products.


  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the agriculture or packaging industry.
  • Strong knowledge of agriculture packaging products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Agriculture sales, or a related sales field is preferred.
  • Bi-Lingual a Plus!
