Compensation: Base salary plus commission

The Role

SunSpun is a family-owned supplier of premium organic and conventional blueberries. We’re seeking an experienced sales representative to develop new business, grow customer accounts, and manage seasonal and year-round programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage retail, and wholesale accounts
• Handle pricing, promotions, forecasts, contracts, and volume commitments
• Monitor market conditions, demand, inventory, and margins
• Coordinate with growers, packing, quality, operations, and logistics
• Represent SunSpun at customer meetings and industry events

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of fresh produce sales or account-management experience
• Knowledge of produce pricing, forecasting, and perishable inventory
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, seasonal business
• Based in the Southeast and willing to travel

Berry experience with established buyer relationships, PACA knowledge, and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems are preferred.
