The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Floral Sales Lead to spearhead our retail sales expansion across the Southeast. This is a hands-on, dynamic role where you won't just manage accounts, you will be the architect of our regional growth. You will collaborate daily with our internal supply chain and operations teams to launch fresh programs, delight retail partners, and elevate the entire category.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Growth: Lead floral sales in the Southeast, managing existing partnerships while aggressively capturing new market opportunities.
- Be the Face of the Brand: Participate in high-impact customer meetings, industry trade events, and regional travel.
- Execute Seamlessly: Support the launch of new floral programs, managing everything from initial sales pitches to the coordination of orders with procurement and logistics.
- Merchandising & Strategy: Partner with retailers on creative merchandising strategies to ensure their floral programs are wildly successful.
- Full-Cycle Account Management: Keep the engine running smoothly by supporting invoicing, receivables, customer service inquiries, and sales reporting.
What You Bring to the Table
- The Essentials: At least 5 years of experience in the fresh produce industry.
- The Specialty: Preferably 2–3 years of dedicated floral experience (and an absolute passion for the industry!).
- Retail & Supplier Savvy: Proven experience successfully navigating relationships with both retail customers and global suppliers.
- The Mindset: A fierce "customer-first" mentality paired with the drive to hunt for new business.
- Location: Ability to work out of our Miami Metro area hub.
